Dan’Talisha is the CEO of Dan’Talisha Deans Impact Productions (DDIP), and is a national recording artist, known as Dan’Talisha Nicole. Dan’Talisha is a leader’s leader. With over 10 years of professional leadership experience, she has led people, led teams, led change, and managed projects for various industries to include higher education, public service, and performing arts. Her motto in life is to be impact-driven in all of her endeavors. Her lifetime goal is to make a positive impact in the lives of others in all that she achieves.

Dan’Talisha is highly qualified to lead and develop others. Her training and experiences have certified her for such a task. She is a graduate of Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. She received her Masters of Social Work degree with a concentration in Community Organizing and Social Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dan’Talisha is a former Presidential Management Fellow, where she served for 4 years in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of the Chief Human Capital. While at HUD, Dan’Talisha was promoted to Management Analyst by the Chief Performance Officer and served as the agency’s Employee Engagement Lead. Dan’Talisha helped lead the agency’s efforts to improve organizational culture by working with senior executives and managers to strengthen employee engagement scores and implement strategies and plans for continual improvement and growth.

Dan’Talisha is also former Management and Leadership Development Director for the White House Presidential Personnel Office (PPO) under the Obama Administration. In this role, she served as a key agent to foster retention, encourage connectivity, and skills development for Presidential Appointees on a national level. She oversaw the planning, coordination and logistics processes for PPO Leadership Development programs and maximized relationships with internal and external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure that the most effective, productive, and impactful leadership development programs were executed.

In addition to immersing herself in the world of leadership, Dan’Talisha is a professional recording artist and songwriter. She released her debut album, Breaking Free, in December of 2017, and has traveled the nation singing at various venues. She has shared stages with the likes of popular gospel artists to include Erica Campbell, Jekalyn Carr, Canton Jones, and Pastor Kimberly Jones Pothier (also known as Real Talk Kim), just to name a few. Dan’Talisha has embodied leadership in various capacities, from higher education, to ministry, to music, to dance, to public service and more. Dan’Talisha is former Project Coordinator and Research Coordinator for the University of Pittsburgh’s Center on Race and Social Problems where she led Ph.D. level researchers on projects. She is a praise and worship leader at her local church. She has developed and led dance ministries, dance teams, and dance fitness classes. Dan’Talisha lives and breathes leadership in nearly every area of her life. It is her desire to share her gifts, talents, and abilities to help develop and strengthen other leaders.
